Chef Nicolas was great! We had a six course meal for my partners 50th birthday and it was lovely. He showed up on time, ready to go. His assistant was organized and made our table beautifully. Gnocchi and arancini were our favorite dishes. He was very flexible as well when last minute we wanted to add a little eggplant parm and he was able to do so. Just a wonderful experience.

Chef Nicolas Di Giovanni was a joy to work with and his assistant Andrea.  Very prompt in communicating, attentive and professional.
