We are two chefs from very different culinary backgrounds. Anastasia grow up in Turkey, trained in French gastronomy by Le Cordon Bleu. Pol is from Barcelona, grow up with traditional Catalan and Spanish food and trained in The Culinary School of Barcelona. We met working together at Celler de Can Roca a 3 Michelin star restaurant in Girona, Spain considered one of the best restaurant in the world. We got united by food and since then our journey took off. We worked in Thailand, Turkey, Spain and currently The Netherlands. Together we share our passion for cooking with the world!
