The atmosphere he created in the kitchen and dining room was just as memorable as the food itself. My family was amazed by how smooth and effortless the whole experience felt. He handled everything — prep, service, and cleanup — with absolute professionalism. He also was able to adapt very quickly to unexpected last minute changes we had! As someone who values quality and hospitality, I can confidently say this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had in a private setting. Overall it was a great experience. Service and professionalism were great. He even accommodated a special request for her favorite dessert. Our only quibble was that some of the food was too spicy, but that may be as much on our choices as his cooking.

Catalina provided us with a delicious meal in our holiday home in southern Spain. Just feet under the table and enjoy :) The kitchen was also left nice and clean. Definitely highly recommended!

Everything about our dinner with Chef Giannis was wonderful from the start! It was easy to communicate and book through the app, and Giannis was very helpful with the menu planing. Merlin and Sebastiaan are two very warm and professional chefs with a great passion for food. Yesterday, they provided a fantastic vegan buffet during a networking event, and everything was perfect down to the last detail. We ate incredibly well and enjoyed it thoroughly!
