I’m a French chef who brought my culinary background to San Diego eight years ago, where I began my journey as a private chef. Trained in classic French technique, I built my career on precision, flavor, and respect for quality ingredients long before I stepped into the private dining world.
Today, I specialize in creating bespoke dining experiences that move effortlessly between refined fine dining and warm French bistrot cuisine. I adapt to each client’s vision. Whether it’s an elegant multi-course tasting menu, a buffet feast, or a beautifully executed celebration dinner.
My signature dish? Duck Wellington with orange sauce, wrapped in golden puff pastry, rich, dramatic, and unapologetically French. It’s a perfect example of my style: technical, bold, and beautifully plated.
For me, private dining is about more than food. It’s about atmosphere, emotion, and creating a restaurant-level experience in the comfort of your home. Every menu is custom. Every detail matters. And every event is designed to feel seamless, elegant, and unforgettable.
