Over the years, I have refined my craft working in renowned restaurants such as Il Pagliaccio in Rome and Andrea Aprea in Milan, developing a culinary style rooted in technique, elegance, and deep respect for seasonal ingredients.

What I love most is creating tailor-made dining experiences that feel intimate, refined, and unforgettable. My cuisine is modern Italian with international influences, designed around the client’s preferences and elevated through meticulous execution and thoughtful presentation.

One of the dishes I’m most proud of is a signature tasting menu built around Mediterranean seafood, handmade pasta, and delicate sauces — a balance of simplicity and precision that represents my philosophy perfectly: luxury through authenticity.
