I am a self-taught chef and quarterfinalist of “Objectif Top Chef”, who turned a lifelong passion for cooking into a true vocation. Inspired by the flavors and traditions passed down by my mother and grandmother, I have developed a cuisine that is vibrant, emotional, and deeply personal.
With several years of professional experience, my cooking is colorful, vibrant, and full of character. It reflects my roots, my travels, and the emotions that inspire every dish I create.
I design tailor-made culinary experiences where the client is always at the center. Each menu is carefully crafted and adapted to the guests, the atmosphere of the event, and the desired budget, ensuring a unique and memorable gastronomic journey.
I love working with seasonal ingredients, blending refined gastronomy with modernized street food influences. Every dish carries that little extra touch that makes people travel through flavor and leaves lasting memories.
