My name is David, and I grew up in Florence, Tuscany, surrounded by the traditions and flavours of authentic Italian cooking. My love for food began in my grandmother’s kitchen. From a young age, I spent time by her side, learning her traditional recipes, techniques and, most importantly, the love and care she put into preparing food for others. Many of the dishes we prepare today are inspired by those family recipes and the memories connected to them. For me, these recipes are more than just food, they are part of my family history and a way of keeping those traditions alive. Stephy has always had a passion for cooking. Through our life together and our shared love of Italy, she has also fallen in love with the authentic recipes and traditions I grew up with. She treats these family recipes with great respect, while bringing her own creativity, passion and attention to detail. Together, we bring our passions together. I share the knowledge, stories and recipes passed down by my grandmother, while Stephy brings her enthusiasm, creativity and care to the preparation, organisation and presentation. For us, food is about much more than a meal. It is about sharing traditions, creating a warm atmosphere and giving people the feeling of sitting around an Italian family table. Our goal is simple: to bring a little taste of Florence and the warmth of an Italian family kitchen to your table.
