I’m David, an Italian private chef originally from Florence, Tuscany, with a lifelong passion for authentic Italian home cooking.

My love for cooking began in my grandmother’s kitchen. From a young age, I spent time beside her, learning her recipes, techniques and, most importantly, the passion and care that go into preparing food for others.

Many of the dishes I cook today are inspired by those recipes and memories, bringing a genuine taste of Tuscany to the table.

For me, cooking is much more than preparing a meal. It is about sharing traditions, creating a warm atmosphere and making people feel at home.

Today, I love bringing this experience directly into my guests’ homes, creating authentic Italian meals that are made with passion, quality ingredients and a personal touch.
