Rémi Blanpoil is a chef originally from Paris, where he studied and worked alongside renowned professionals.

At the age of 24, he was the chef of a luxury restaurant in Paris facing the Arc de Triomphe, and later of a bistronomic restaurant in the Montparnasse district.

Having worked in the Loiseau group and at the George V, the chefs who trained him, he says, instilled in him a love of taste and the pursuit of perfection.

A true enthusiast brimming with energy, he now lives in the southwest where he works as a private chef and pastry chef, as well as a caterer for luxury events and weddings.

His goal is to take his guests on a culinary journey and delight them by crafting their ideal menu tailored to their tastes.
