My culinary journey started from passion and a love for cooking. Over the years, I’ve refined my skills working in restaurants and deepening my knowledge in Japan. I love taking classic dishes and giving them a creative twist that surprises and delights.
The dish I’m most proud of? Without a doubt, my tuna truffle nigiri. It’s the one that always creates that moment of silence at the table—followed by “wow.” That’s what I cook for.
