I have been passionate about cooking since my childhood, when I used to prepare meals for my family. I worked for 20 years alongside renowned chefs in authentic Japanese restaurants in Paris.
In 2020, I left the JIPANGUE restaurant on La Boétie Street to join the gourmet restaurant TENZO on Saint Honoré Street in Paris. Discovered by Master Sushi Hissa, a champion of the new Japanese cuisine, he trained me for an entire year. In 2022, I decided to become independent as a trainer and private chef.
