I’ve been bringing people together through food for over 15 years, and for me, cooking has always been about more than recipes — it’s about emotion, memory, and connection.
My journey began in Italy, where food is a language spoken daily at the family table. I grew up learning the fundamentals the most authentic way possible: through family traditions, seasonal ingredients, and respect for simplicity. That foundation was later refined through formal culinary training and professional kitchen experience, where I learned how to elevate classic Italian cuisine into refined, restaurant-level experiences without losing its soul.
What I love most is creating menus that feel personal. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a celebration, or a corporate event, I design dishes that reflect the occasion and the people around the table — bold when needed, elegant when required, always memorable.
The dish I’m most proud of? A perfectly executed hand-made pasta with a slow-cooked sauce. It’s deceptively simple, but when done right, it captures everything I believe in as a chef: technique, patience, balance, and heart. When guests pause after the first bite and smile — that’s the moment I know I’ve nailed it.
My cooking style is modern Italian with deep traditional roots: clean flavours, premium ingredients, and plates that feel generous, honest, and comforting — yet elevated.
