I am a classically trained executive chef with over 20 years of professional experience, creating refined, soulful cuisine rooted in Mediterranean tradition and elevated through European technique. My culinary journey began in Egypt, cooking alongside my mother with ingredients from our family farm, and later took shape through formal training at the Cairo Hilton Culinary School and experience in luxury hotels and restaurants in Egypt and the United States.
What I love most is crafting dishes that feel both elegant and comforting—food that tells a story while making guests feel at ease. My signature dish, herb-braised lamb shank over creamy risotto, perfectly reflects my style: bold Mediterranean flavors, Italian precision, and refined French presentation.
I specialize in private dining and intimate events where every detail matters. My goal is always the same—to create memorable, seamless experiences that guests remember long after the last bite.
