The time I spent in the kitchen from a young age guided me in determining my career choice; gastronomy was always on my mind. Although I completed my university education in a different field, I decided to focus on gastronomy. In order to reinforce this passion, I received Professional Cooking Training at MSA. Then, I entered my professional working life in 2023 and worked in various positions in hotels and restaurants, especially in hot and cold kitchen departments. During this process, I gained extensive experience in cooking techniques and kitchen management.
I am competent in cooking techniques and presentation, kitchen management and organization. I stand out with my ability to prepare creative and delicious meals with innovative menus and ingredient selection. I am proficient in kitchen equipment and ingredient management; I exhibit a positive approach as an individual with ideas above the standards.
In addition to attaching great importance to guest satisfaction, I have HACCP, food safety and hygiene certificates. Enjoying my job and ensuring continuous development is a reflection of my passion in the field of gastronomy. This passion is not only a profession for me, but also a part of my life
