This is the story of a little boy from Burgundy who fell into mustard as a child. I wanted to become a chef-illustrator.
I worked as a graphic designer for culinary brands such as Le Creuset, Staub, Gobel, Banette, Jeff de Bruges... In 2022, I left everything to pursue my dream!
A self-taught creative, I gained experience in catering and restaurants. I trained at Ferrandi School and then started my journey by creating my Instagram page CHEF MOUTARDE. In 2023, I founded my event catering company BAN BOURGUIGNON. Since then, I offer my services as an event caterer, private chef, and also give cooking classes.
My signature dish? Even though my beetroot gravlax salmon is irresistible, how could I not mention my beef bourguignon! Rumor has it that the Chef always adds a spoonful of mustard to all his dishes — even desserts!
