As a private executive chef and finalist of the Trophée des Léopards 2022, I had the honor of representing France at the Village International de la Haute Gastronomie in Paris. Each of my creations tells a story — from fresh seafood to sun-kissed spices — designed to delight and move the senses.
My signature dish? A carefully aged smoked rib of beef, delicately infused with wood aromas, accompanied by vibrant seasonal sides — a true symphony of textures and flavors.
