From vibrant mezze spreads to slow-cooked stews, grilled meats, fragrant rice dishes, and fresh seasonal salads, I take pride in showcasing the full depth and variety of Lebanese cooking. One of my most loved creations is my signature vine leaves, hand-rolled and delicately stuffed with rice and tender lamb, then slow-cooked with lemon and spices to capture the true essence of our culinary heritage.With years of hands-on experience and an unwavering dedication to my family’s traditions, I’ve honed a style that blends authenticity with my own creative touch. Whether I’m crafting an intimate dinner or orchestrating a grand celebration, I make sure every event is both memorable and delicious—offering a genuine taste of Lebanon and the Mediterranean.
