I am a French chef with nearly two decades of experience, trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and shaped by both classical technique and real-world service at the highest level. I began my career in France before becoming Head Chef at the one-Michelin-starred Club Gascon in London at a young age, followed by several years as Executive Chef for Ladurée UK.
My cooking is rooted in French gastronomy but driven by seasonality, precision, and respect for the product. I love creating food that feels refined yet generous, dishes that are technically precise but never stiff, and always made to be enjoyed rather than admired from a distance.
Over the years, I’ve cooked for private clients, international events, and high-profile families across Europe and beyond, often working under strict confidentiality. What matters most to me is understanding my guests: their tastes, their habits, and the atmosphere they want to create around the table.
