Like many passionate food lovers, my love for cooking began in childhood. I was fortunate to witness the creation of delightful dishes crafted with love, authenticity, and local ingredients. Growing up, the recipe for each meal was shaped by handpicked fruits and vegetables from the family garden, often paired with fresh produce from a neighboring farm. This connection to nature and authenticity has been the foundation of my culinary journey.My travels and experiences have further sharpened this passion, beginning in London, where I had the privilege of working alongside innovative chefs and ethical winemakers who championed sustainable practices. My strong attachment to the Mediterranean led me to Corsica, where I rediscovered the joy of sun-kissed landscapes and began a new chapter—creating an intimate, "table d'hôte" experience that celebrates sharing and community.Through my work with local producers, my desire to highlight the terroir of Corsica grew stronger, leading me to establish two high-end artisanal brands. This international journey has unfolded alongside gourmet food shops and collaborations with talented chefs, creating a story of sustainability and gastronomy that continues to grow.My mission is simple: to share the soul of a terroir through food. My top priority is focusing on fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. This eclectic culinary experience celebrates the values of good eating, indulgence, and simplicity, bringing the best of Mediterranean and artisanal food traditions to the table.
