My strong attachment to the Mediterranean led me to Corsica, where I rediscovered the joy of sun-kissed landscapes and began a new chapter—creating an intimate, "table d'hôte" experience that celebrates sharing and community.Through my work with local producers, my desire to highlight the terroir of Corsica grew stronger, leading me to establish two high-end artisanal brands. This international journey has unfolded alongside gourmet food shops and collaborations with talented chefs, creating a story of sustainability and gastronomy that continues to grow.My mission is simple: to share the soul of a terroir through food. My top priority is focusing on fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
