These experiences have shaped my culinary philosophy, strengthened my technical skills and taught me the importance of precision, creativity and consistency at every level.

I hold professional qualifications in Cooking (MBO Level 3), Kitchen Management (MBO Level 4) and Specialised Cooking (MBO Level 4). My cooking style combines modern fine dining with seasonal ingredients, refined flavours and elegant presentation, always with a strong focus on quality and craftsmanship.

I love creating sophisticated multi-course menus where every dish has its own identity, while the entire experience comes together as one story. From beautifully balanced starters to perfectly executed main courses and refined desserts, every detail matters.
