Hi my name is Giovanni, I'm 32 years old, I come from Teramo (Italy) and I am a private chef.
I started my career in Italy and 7 years ago I moved to London to make new working and life experiences and immerse myself in one of the best professional hospitality scene in the world.
I currently work not only as private chef, but also as a freelance with Levy UK, one of the best catering firm in Great Britain
I also worked for Michelin star and fine dining restaurants and four luxury temporary chef agencies, working for luxury 5 stars hotels and massive venues like Wembley, Stamford Bridge, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Royal Ascot, Emirates stadium, the Hilton hotel, Berkeley hotel, The Shangri-La hotel @ The Shard and restaurants such as Boulestin, Coda restaurant from Eric Chavot, Social Eating House, 100 Wardour street, Advocate restaurant (private restaurant at Willis Tower Watson), Gastronhome, Pollen Street Social and many others.
I have also been head chef of a 2 year in a row best gastro wine bar in Clapham.
My experience focus on modern European food, Italian, Mediterranean and North European mostly with influences from modern fusion food culture.
