With over 20 years of culinary experience, I've had the pleasure of working in various establishments, from fine dining establishments in Central London to gastropubs in South East London. Now based in Welling, I’ve recently started my own catering business, L&J Kitchen, where I bring together my love and passion for Modern European, British, Caribbean Spanish and Portuguese cuisines.
