With 42 years of professional experience, I have dedicated my life to the art of cooking. I ran my own restaurant, where I developed my passion for Greek and Mediterranean fine dining and earned recognition in the Gault&Millau Belgium guide.

Now retired from running a restaurant, I travel across Europe by camper, combining my love of travel with my love of food. As a chef on location and guest chef for special events, I enjoy creating memorable culinary experiences wherever I go.

I also love sharing my knowledge and experience, whether through cooking together, teaching, or simply passing on the techniques and stories I have gathered throughout my career.

Greek and Mediterranean fine dining is my speciality, with a focus on authentic flavours, quality ingredients and a personal touch. I am also the author of my own published cookbook.
