About Chef Rachael Leach
From my first word (which was ‘Cheers’), it seems to have been written in the stars that I would work in the hospitality industry, and I am unbelievably lucky to have made my passion for both food and wine my career. I started my working life as a Wine Buyer, gaining my WSET diploma and falling in love with the world of flavour. After covid I decided to add to my skill set and trained as a professional Chef at Leiths School of Food & Wine and have combined those two passions ever since working as a Private Chef creating bespoke experiences with individual wine & food pairings tailored to every budget and taste. I’m deeply influenced by my travels, in particular the cuisines of India & South-East Asia and love combining those exotic flavours with local, sustainably sourced products to create a little slice of sunshine on our soggy shores.
