About Chef Ruben bos
Hi ! I am Ruben Bos 32 years old and live in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel, a village next to Rotterdam.
With my more than 12 years of experience in the higher segment, I have had the opportunity to stand in many beautiful places, think of 'hotel restaurant Savelberg' the founder of French cuisine in the Netherlands, but also 'Ron blaauw' where French and Asian cuisine come together.
The latter is where I was able to find my passion. The classic cooking style icm the exciting spices that Asian/Eastern cuisine brings is where I let the true magic do its work and discovered my signature.
