What I love about private chefing, is that the dishes are so fresh, healthy and the menu is personally curated. I have been lucky to be with a family that loves hosting many guests and friends, from a couple to a few families. My most recent is for a guest visiting from Japan. I decided to go with a West Coast dining theme. Itโs a fusion of ethnic flavours which I love combining.
Pacific Northwest Coast Dining ๐
- Sesame oil, soy, apple vinegar, lime Ahi Tuna, cucumber in phyllo cups
- Pomegranate, tumeric glazed salmon and marinated soy, Worcestershire sauce, lemon steak cuts grilled on Bbq
- Fluffy, light, buttery saffron Persian rice - Mini merengue lemon & choclate ganache tarts
The menu was also paired with wines
The next is a joint birthday pool side bbq/sushi party for mother and 4 year old daughter. Iโm looking forward to the next event! The combination of beautiful food, friends and family together, and ambiance are the ingredients that make it wonderful!
