My culinary journey began with family-inspired flavors and evolved through formal training at Bharathi Vidyapeeth in Navi Mumbai and Conestoga College in Canada, where I honed my skills and deepened my understanding of global cuisines.

If there’s one dish that truly represents me, it’s my slow-braised short rib, cooked lovingly over 24 hours. It’s rich, refined, and deeply satisfying — a reflection of the patience and care I bring to every plate I create.
