About Chef Jeremy Uruty
After working with Joël Robuchon, the world's most Michelin-starred chef, alongside Nicolas Masse, a two-star Michelin chef at Les Sources de Caudalie, and as the head chef of a French gourmet restaurant in Russia (rated 14/20 by Gault et Millau), I offer services as a private chef. I specialize in using seasonal ingredients while harmonizing flavors.
I take pleasure in surprising my guests, both visually and gustatorily, aiming to provide them with a unique dining experience.
I draw my inspiration from the intense and subtle flavors of the Southwest, starting from my early years with family members who shared their culinary expertise with me. I further refined my style by incorporating my discoveries and experiences during travels around the world. Utilizing seasonal ingredients while harmonizing flavors, I take pleasure in surprising my guests, both visually and gastronomically, to provide them with a unique experience.
