Our family (17 of us!) chose to celebrate Thanksgiving in Malaga this year with a tranditional Spanish meal. I found Chef Catalina on the Chef Maison website. Everything about the experience was perfect! Chef Catalina communicated well and was very timely in her responses and receptive to what we wanted including our dietary restrictions. She arrived at our house in Malaga well-prepared and was friendly and efficient as she prepared our meal. Everything was perfect! We had a delcious salad of fruit and potatoes with dressing, nicely cooked scampi, and a wonderful seafood and chicken paella for dinner all while enjoying a tasty sangria. For dessert, Chef Catalina prepared a fruit compote over a cookie crumble that topped it all off. When she left, our stomachs were full and the kitchen was clean. I can't recommend Chef Catalina enough. She gave us the perfect Thanksgiving, Spanish style, in Malaga this year!

We had an amazing experience with the paella cooking show and delicious food!! The predisposition, service and attention of Arnaud was excellent! He was very professional and friendly, making a very entertaining evening! We also had a weather issue that changed all the plans, and he sorted out immediately. We highly recommend him

It was fantastic! We had chef Pablo and his team come to our villa to cook us a lovely meal before our stag do before embarking upon Marbella! Pablo was great with organising everything prior to his arrival and it all went down without any issues. Would highly reccomend!

Exceptional Culinary Experience – A Night to Remember! We recently had the pleasure of hosting a private dinner prepared by Chef Norbert Jacniak, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we first connected with Chef Jacniak, his professionalism and passion for culinary excellence were evident. He took the time to understand our preferences, and dietary restrictions, crafting a menu that was both innovative and perfectly tailored to our tastes. Chef Norbert arrived promptly on the night of the event and transformed our kitchen into a gourmet haven. The attention to detail was impeccable, from the meticulous preparation to the stunning presentation of each dish. Every course was a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the finest ingredients and flawless execution. The flavors were harmonious and balanced, with each bite telling a story of creativity and expertise. A truly Michelin-starred chef in our own kitchen! One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had so we had him again the following day :) - we can’t wait to have him back for future celebrations! Vous pouvez faire appel au Chef Johann Schopff les yeux fermés! Une très belle expérience pour un anniversaire de mariage (7 personnes). Les plats sont très biens présentés, bien travaillés et les produits de qualité. Nous nous sommes régalés. Un très bon rapport qualité prix. Bref : au top, à renouveler!

Nous avons passé un excellent moment grâce au chef Dehaye. Tout s’est très bien déroulé, des premiers échanges via l’application, en passant par le repas en lui même et la cuisine nickel après le passage du chef. Gérard est très agréable, discute volontiers avec les invités, donne des explications sur les plats servis, tout en sachant se faire discret. Il ne fait nul doute que Gérard est passionné par son métier et a à cœur de faire plaisir avec sa cuisine généreuse et gourmande. Nous ferons appel à lui sans hésiter a l’avenir.

Afgelopen week hebben wij als familie een chef aan huis laten komen. Er was wel reden voor een feestje en met 2 jonge kinderen leek dit voor ons de ideale manier om samen een avond uitgebreid te dineren. Deze manier van een chef aan huis ontvangen was zeker een topkeuze! Vincent stond in de keuken en heeft ons de meest heerlijke gerechten geserveerd. Gabriel wist daar de juiste wijnen bij te serveren en zorgde ervoor dat de rest ook op en top geregeld was. Mochten we dit nog eens doen, dan vragen we deze twee heren zeker weer! Het was een gezellige avond met heerlijk eten en drinken. En niet onbelangrijk: de keuken is brandschoon achter gelaten.

We had the pleasure of getting Chef Terenzio for our anniversary when the full Amsterdam was in lockdown. And what an experience it was! Our Italian chef was on time, extremely respectful of our space and left it cleaner than before. The food was Mama Mia!! It is by far one of the best ravioli I have had. The starter, main course and desert were worth more than the price charged and we even had leftovers for next day. Overall a 5 star experience in the comfort of our home.

Geweldig genoten hebben wij van het fantastische diner verzorgd door Vincent. Gabriel deed de service aan tafel. We zijn echt in de watten gelegd. Een ooie herinnering is gemaakt. Contact vooraf was heel prettig zo ook tijdens het diner.

Wilco, is een geweldige kok die in elke huiskamer past. Hij heeft voor ons voortreffelijk Italiaans gekookt en wist heel veel van de wijnen maar ook van de producten af wat hij op tafel voor ons uit serveerde. Het was voor ons een avondje uit in onze eigen huis. Complimenten!

Donderdag 28 augustus heeft Wilco een fantastisch walking diner bij ons thuis in de tuin verzorgd voor 11 personen. Na 3 heerlijke amuses kregen we een tartaar van tonijn met coquilles gevolgd door kabeljauwfilet met gamba saus. Daarna zijn signature gerecht de risotto met zomertruffel. Deze mag inderdaad niet ontbreken want je wil graag een extra portie. Ook het sateetje van waygu beef en het gemarineerde rood fruit als nagerecht waren beide heel smaakvolle gerechten in het menu. Wij waren enthousiast over het eten en de bediening maar ook van onze gasten hebben wij hierover complimenten gekregen. Wij hebben Wilco inmiddels gevraagd voor een volgend diner thuis. Wij kunnen hem ten zeerste aanbevelen. Top eten op Michelin niveau van een leuke kok.

Direct contact met de chef via het platform. Kan het menu naar je eigen wensen invullen. Gelijk duidelijkheid over de kosten. Maar het belangrijkste, een ongelooflijk mooie en goeie ervaring! Nu 2 keer gedaan, beide voelde het alsof je echt uit eten bent en de kwaliteit is zeer hoog! Daarbij werkt het platform ook erg fijn! Kan Chef Maison alleen maar aanraden komt voor mij als geroepen in deze tijd :)

Voor de verjaardag van mijn vriend heeft Terenzio Ignoni een overheerlijk diner voor ons gemaakt. De communicatie was top, alles was bespreekbaar en mogelijk. Zelfs op de dag van het diner kon er nog wat toegevoegd worden. Zijn zelfgemaakte ravioli met truffel was om je vingers bij af te likken, om over het grand dessert nog maar te zwijgen 😋 bedankt voor deze onvergetelijke avond.

Eind augustus heeft de Italiaanse chef Terenzio en zijn collega een heerlijk diner verzorgd ter ere van het 50 jarig huwelijk van onze ouders. Heerlijk eten dat met liefde en passie werd bereid. Een echte aanrader dus!
