Over the years, I’ve worked in respected kitchens and event venues, including Fortnum & Mason, Rosewood Hotel London, Marriott Grosvenor House, Tate Modern Events, and the Royal Academy of Arts Events.
What I love most is creating memorable dining experiences in people’s homes. Whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, hen party, family gathering, or private celebration, I design menus that feel personal, elegant, and full of flavour.
My proudest dishes are the ones that bring comfort and luxury together. Think slow-cooked blade of beef with dauphinoise potatoes and rich jus, saffron arancini with pea purée, Turkish meze with a modern touch, or my signature Dolce Risotto dessert with Oreo soil and berries.
For me, private dining is not just about cooking. It’s about atmosphere, detail, presentation, and making guests feel looked after from the first canapé to the final spoonful of dessert.
