Yannis and Shelley, with their combined experience, have now started their own business, serving a variety of cuisines through multiple menus—including their own creation: Greek and Jamaican fusion cuisine.

Their backgrounds bring together Michelin-starred kitchens, luxury hotels and international event hospitality. Yannis’s career includes Gleneagles, Hélène Darroze at The Connaught and The Fat Duck. Shelley brings experience from prestigious hotels, private members’ clubs, royal venues and the LIV Golf Tour, alongside her knowledge of cocktails, wine and tailoring highend guest experience.

During their careers, they have cooked for and served people including Ed Sheeran, Dua Lipa, Gordon Ramsay and members of the Royal Family. Today, they bring that experience to private homes, holiday stays and event venues across the UK.

We offer more than 18 menus to choose from, spanning Greek, Jamaican, Italian, British and Modern European cooking, seafood, vegetarian and vegan dishes, and fine dining. Their signature fusion is part of the story—not the limit of what they cook.
