
About Chef Paola Leto
I'm Paola from South Italy, where I spent 25 years honing my culinary skills as a chef in my family's restaurant. In 2014, I moved to the UK and now work as a private chef for events and celebrations. Cooking runs in my family, my great-grandparents were private chefs for aristocrats, and my grandmother ran a trattoria. My parents continued the tradition with a seafood restaurant. Inspired by this legacy, I pursued a career in cooking, dedicated to bringing authentic Italian flavors to every event I cater.
My cuisine is an Authentic Italian cuisine with a focus on regional specialities, handmade pasta, and seasonal ingredients. Signature dishes include fresh tagliatelle with ragu, seafood risotto, aubergine parmigiana, and classic tiramisu. Menus are personalised for each client and can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free requests.
