About Chef Rebecca Rohmer
Trained under Dominique Bouchet, Akrame Benallal, Christian Constant, and Yannick Alléno, I took flight by opening my own restaurant on the heights of Montmartre, Rue Véron (75018), in 2019. Named Riv’K (derived from Rivka – Rebecca in Hebrew), this restaurant with Israeli-Asian inspiration lasted for 5 years. I have now closed my restaurant to offer my private dining service with the same inspirations.
