Graduated at Alma the international academy of the Italian culinary arts almost 15 years ago. Travelled and worked all over the Europe in starred Michelin restaurants,collaborating with lots of interesting chefs and companies. Since 2018 I run my own restaurant and business reaching all the traditional recipes and vibes of our beautiful land, focusing on seafood dishes with an elegant and feminine touch giving the best experience about tastings,flavors and our own childhood memories without forgetting about the pleasure to share that important moment in a friendly and truly Italian way.
