The cooking workshop / teacher journey of Chef Debora was born from a passion for authentic Italian cuisine and a desire to share it with the world. It all began with a grandmother, a rolling pin, and the belief that food is the most direct way to experience a culture. Today, we bring that same philosophy to every class: fresh ingredients, handed-down techniques, and the joy of cooking together.
Our classes are private by choice because we believe in personal attention. Each participant truly learns, not just observes. Debora honed her skills in the kitchens of Bergamo, Milan, and Bologna before dedicating herself to teaching. Her philosophy: Italian cuisine isn't complicated, it's precise.
