<p>I am a Chef, I trained at the Rome A Tavola con lo Chef school 12 years ago and since then I have always worked with catering for luxury weddings at Roman villas and corporate events, in parallel as a Personal Chef for private events at villas, apartments and boats.
I am a sunny, reliable but also reserved and discreet person.</p>

Supplì are Italian snacks consisting of a ball of rice (generally risotto) with tomato sauce, typical of Roman cuisine.
