Born in Brussels to a Neapolitan-Belgian mother, I grew up between West Africa and Umbria and learned to cook beside her, guided by the Neapolitan cookbook written by her grandmother, shaping a cuisine rooted in tradition yet open to the world.
After training at ALMA (Gualtiero Marchesi’s cooking school in Parma) and working in fine dining across Europe, I became a private chef in Umbria.
Today, I offer intimate dining experiences and cooking classes where each dish tells a story, blending authentic regional recipes with inspirations from my multicultural background.
