My name is Luca Motta, and I'm a chef with over 20 years of experience in Italy and abroad. I've had the privilege of working in 5-star luxury hotels and restaurants specializing in vegetarian cuisine, experiences that have allowed me to develop a comprehensive and refined vision of gastronomy.

My cuisine is rooted in Mediterranean tradition, with a particular focus on fresh fish, but I also have a solid background in vegetarian and halal cuisine. I love creating dishes that combine simplicity, technique, and respect for the ingredients.

Today, I work primarily in Palermo and its province, bringing my clients an authentic culinary experience, meticulously crafted and tailored to every occasion.
