I began my professional career in the kitchen brigade, gradually taking on roles of greater responsibility in operational management, menu planning, and staff coordination.

Determination, discipline, and organizational vision have always been the cornerstones of my work. I gained experience in the restaurant and hotel industry in Sardinia, from my hometown of Ozieri until I moved to Olbia. There, I had the opportunity to expand my professional experience by working in hospitality establishments along the island's northern coast, serving guests from breakfast to dinner.
