I’m Andrea Politano, chef and owner of Il Cenacolo Osteria in Piedmont, Italy. Cooking has been at the center of my life for over 15 years, and my passion is transforming exceptional ingredients into refined, memorable experiences.
My culinary style is rooted in Italian tradition, especially the flavors of Piedmont, but always interpreted with a contemporary perspective. I love creating dishes that balance elegance, technique, and emotion—food that tells a story while surprising guests with unexpected combinations and details.
As both chef and restaurateur, I oversee every aspect of the dining experience, from menu development to wine pairings, ensuring that every plate reflects the same attention to detail and pursuit of excellence. My goal is simple: to create dishes that guests remember long after the meal is over.
The dishes I am most proud of are those that combine craftsmanship with creativity—fresh handmade pasta, seafood preparations that highlight purity of flavor, and seasonal tasting menus designed to take guests on a journey through the best ingredients each season has to offer.
