My passion for cooking began when I was a child, watching my grandmother prepare meals for our family. Her love for food and the importance she gave to sharing a meal inspired me to pursue a career in the culinary world.

I attended culinary school in Milan, where I graduated and developed the foundation of my professional career. Over the years, working in different countries and environments has allowed me to expand my knowledge, learn new techniques, and appreciate different styles of cuisine.

The dish I am most proud of is risotto — in every variation you can imagine. For me, risotto represents Italian tradition, creativity, and the ability to transform simple ingredients into something truly special.
