Our group of six had the absolute pleasure of hiring Chef Simone to cook for us in our Livigno chalet, and it was a true highlight of our trip! From start to finish, the experience was a five-star masterclass in hospitality. ​Chef Simone’s innovative flavor combinations were incredible, but his ability to create delicious vegetarian options was truly next-level—honestly the best we have ever tasted. We were also deeply impressed by how effortlessly he handled multiple dietary restrictions within our group; every guest felt equally prioritized and pampered. ​The service was seamless—Chef Simone and his assistant had such a pleasant and professional demeanor, making the evening feel both high-end and relaxed. To top it all off, the plating was absolutely beautiful, bringing a fine-dining aesthetic right to our chalet table. If you’re looking for a private chef who brings skill, heart, and stunning presentation to your home, we cannot recommend Chef Simone enough!

Chef Enrico was FANTASTIC! We booked a chef for the first night of a family vacation. We had a variety of tastes, a few diet restrictions and a very short window to plan everything in. Chef Enrico proposed a lovely menu taking everything into consideration. He talked with me through the whole process, answering all of my questions. And when the night came for dinner? PHENOMENAL!! The food was incredible and almost everything was hand made by Chef Enrico- regular and gluten free bread, several varieties... Hand made pasta, also with gluten free pasta... Homemade gelato... Even the honey was from his own bees! If you are considering Chef Enrico-do it! He gave us an absolutely magical evening with delicious food, fun conversations and memories to treasure. Thank you, Chef Enrico!

We had a wonderful cookery course with Enrico Menna. He was super nice and funny, taught us very tasty recipes and brought us even closer to Tuscan / Italian cuisine. We would book a cookery course with him again at any time and highly recommend him as a cook / cookery teacher! He was also very straightforward and quick when we discussed the menu in advance and had a great idea for all our requests. What's more, we were all full and even had food left over. A cookery course with him is a really great (group) activity.

The good was simply incredible! Every dish was a work of art, not only beautifully presented but bursting with flavor. Mirko tailored the menu to accommodate my preferences and dietary restrictions (vegetarian and lactose free for one guest) demonstrating exceptional skill and creativity with each course. The appetizers were mouthwatering, and the main course was nothing short of divine. As Mirko prepared the food right in my kitchen, it felt like a personalized culinary show. His passion for food was evident, and it made the whole experience feel special and intimate. Everyone raved about the meal long after the meal was over. Chef Nicolas Di Giovanni was a joy to work with and his assistant Andrea. Very prompt in communicating, attentive and professional. We all enjoyed his variety of foods and the presentation as well. Chef Alice gave us a truly astonishing and delicious experience. Her menu was the perfect fusion of old italian with a modern spin. She served several courses from a mini-appetizer through dessert. The serving sizes were perfect so that we had plenty of amazing food but did not end up overfull as so often can happen. She was personable, efficient, deeply talented and a genuine pleasure. She communicated promptly, always answering my emails and texts quickly and thoroughly. Crafted such an interesting and special menu that I didn't change one thing on her initial draft. She treated our home with care and left our kitchen spotless. We will only be in Rome for another month or so but we will absolutely hire her again and give her the highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed - she is magnificent (no exaggeration)!

I highly recommend Chef Nicholas. He is professional, attentive, and above all, a highly skilled and talented chef. He was responsive in his communication, easy to work with in regards to the menu selections, and flexible. Each course was presented beautifully, and was so delicious. He is also very kind and personable. We will not hesitate to book him again when we return to the area.
