ChefMaison allows you to discuss directly with chefs around Amalfi and receive personalized quotes based on your unique preferences and budget, so every event is customized to your exact needs. Since every ChefMaison event is unique - there's no fixed pricing. However, we offer indication prices ranging from €59 to €194 per person for weekend bookings for 4 courses, depending on the menu and services selected.

Chef Alice gave us a truly astonishing and delicious experience. Her menu was the perfect fusion of old italian with a modern spin. She served several courses from a mini-appetizer through dessert. The serving sizes were perfect so that we had plenty of amazing food but did not end up overfull as so often can happen. She was personable, efficient, deeply talented and a genuine pleasure. She communicated promptly, always answering my emails and texts quickly and thoroughly. Crafted such an interesting and special menu that I didn't change one thing on her initial draft. She treated our home with care and left our kitchen spotless. We will only be in Rome for another month or so but we will absolutely hire her again and give her the highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed - she is magnificent (no exaggeration)!

Chef Sabrina was delightful. She set a lovely table, complete with candles and a charming menu . Warm artisanal bread that she had baked herself awaited us. We enjoyed the leftover buns the next day, toasted for breakfast. The main dish of sea bass was served with yellow and red tomato tartare made with tomatoes from her own garden--a nice touch. Chef Sabrina served the many courses seamlessly and we felt we were in a fine restaurant. Our favorite dishes: the bronze drawn spaghetti with wild caught clams with pesto of clams and courgettes was amazing. We had never tasted those tiny, sweet clams before and they were a real surprise! This was one of the best dishes we had in our entire trip to Sicily!! For dessert, Chef Sabrina prepared her own version of the traditional cassatina, constructed of cake, raspberries, chocolate bits and sweetened ricotta, frosted with marzipan and garnished with fresh raspberries and finely diced candied fruit. Perfect for my birthday! Our criticisms are few. Overall, the dishes were served only slightly warm, rather than hot, which may have been as they were intended to be. The starter of grilled giant orange prawns was disappointing as the prawns were very mushy in texture. Overall, we had a wonderful evening and we recommend Chef Sabrina wholeheartedly. If you are not accustomed to eating so many courses or you wish to have the temperature of your selections a bit warmer, you should make your requests known and I am sure she will accommodate you.

Tout s’est très bien déroulé, des premiers échanges via l’application, en passant par le repas en lui même et la cuisine nickel après le passage du chef. Gérard est très agréable, discute volontiers avec les invités, donne des explications sur les plats servis, tout en sachant se faire discret. Il ne fait nul doute que Gérard est passionné par son métier et a à cœur de faire plaisir avec sa cuisine généreuse et gourmande. Nous ferons appel à lui sans hésiter a l’avenir.

Afgelopen week hebben wij als familie een chef aan huis laten komen. Er was wel reden voor een feestje en met 2 jonge kinderen leek dit voor ons de ideale manier om samen een avond uitgebreid te dineren. Deze manier van een chef aan huis ontvangen was zeker een topkeuze! Vincent stond in de keuken en heeft ons de meest heerlijke gerechten geserveerd. Gabriel wist daar de juiste wijnen bij te serveren en zorgde ervoor dat de rest ook op en top geregeld was. Mochten we dit nog eens doen, dan vragen we deze twee heren zeker weer! Het was een gezellige avond met heerlijk eten en drinken. En niet onbelangrijk: de keuken is brandschoon achter gelaten.
