We had the BEST experience with Giovanni, the food was all unreal touched off with a homemade birthday cake… I think the topic of the evening was more of an argument of what we all liked best. Will absolutely have Gio cook for us again on our next visit. Thank you for making my 40th birthday so special, and our bellies so full.

We had a wonderful cookery course with Enrico Menna. He was super nice and funny, taught us very tasty recipes and brought us even closer to Tuscan / Italian cuisine. We would book a cookery course with him again at any time and highly recommend him as a cook / cookery teacher! He was also very straightforward and quick when we discussed the menu in advance and had a great idea for all our requests. What's more, we were all full and even had food left over. A cookery course with him is a really great (group) activity.

Chef Nicolas Di Giovanni was a joy to work with and his assistant Andrea. Very prompt in communicating, attentive and professional. We all enjoyed his variety of foods and the presentation as well. I highly recommend Chef Nicholas. He is professional, attentive, and above all, a highly skilled and talented chef. He was responsive in his communication, easy to work with in regards to the menu selections, and flexible. Each course was presented beautifully, and was so delicious. He is also very kind and personable. We will not hesitate to book him again when we return to the area.

We had a fantastic evening with Chef Marco. Communication beforehand was incredibly smooth, and everything on the day itself went exactly as agreed. We enjoyed an incredible four-course dinner, the food was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and truly Italian. Marco served everything so elegantly and even left the kitchen spotless afterward! We are extremely grateful to him!
