My name is Sonia MARTY SOKOURI, I am a Chef and culinary consultant in African cuisine and local products. Of Franco-Ivorian nationality, I am passionate about African gastronomy and local products. Trained at the Lenôtre School of Culinary Arts, I also gained experience in renowned restaurants such as Jules Verne and Pré Catelan, respectively one and three stars in the Michelin Guide. As a Chef Consultant, I offer my services to chefs, restaurants, hotels and other catering establishments wishing to explore the richness of African cuisines. I also offer cooking workshops, I organize private lunches or dinners and I participate in conferences and trade fairs on African gastronomy to highlight the ingredients and culinary techniques of the African continent.

Merci encore au Chef d’avoir assurée la soirée surprise d’anniversaire de mon mari. Elle a su parfaitement répondre à ma demande. Mon conjoint a pu retrouver les saveurs de la Thaïlande que j’ai cherché à lui procurer à travers ce menu. Il a d’ailleurs insisté sur le fait que c’était vraiment très bon, de l’apéritif au dessert en passant par le bissap pétillant. Alors pour moi ce fut un vrai succès.
