Trained at the Lycée Hôtelier de Marseille and with over 20 years in professional kitchens, I honed my skills at Nobu Miami, rising to Executive Chef and leading openings across Australia, the Philippines, Las Vegas, and Miami.
I later brought my expertise to Tatel at the Ritz-Carlton before joining MILA, where I curated a unique “MediterrAsian” experience, merging Mediterranean and Japanese flavors into beautifully plated, health-conscious dishes. Passionate about innovation, I draw inspiration from global culinary trends and immersive travel, constantly evolving my craft to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
Based in Miami, I offer tailored private chef services for corporate dinners, 21st birthday celebrations, and family reunions. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large-scale event, I bring world-class flavors and fine dining directly to your table.
