After many years working in hotels and restaurants in my home island, Corfu,I decided to work as a freelance private chef - the last two years I'm working in Lisbon.Born and raised in Corfu, a place full of opportunities in hospitality
and food serving services, I have over a decade of experience in 4*
and 5* star hotels and restaurants. I began my training back in 2005
and have certified advanced professional culinary, baking and
pastry skills. I have been trained to meet the international ISO and
HACCP standards of food safety management. I am a dough
enthusiast and share the passion for well-cooked traditional food
and the eagerness to provide as many people as possible with this
extraordinary tasting experience!
