Vincent's culinary journey began at a young age, growing up in a family of entrepreneurs who owned a restaurant. Starting with humble tasks like washing vegetables and cooking rice, he gradually advanced to become a prep cook. This early start reflects his dedication and passion for cooking.

Leaving the family business marked a turning point as he pursued a broader culinary career. His commitment to learning led him to complete various courses, building a solid foundation for his future. Under the mentorship of renowned chefs, including the late Charlie Trotter in Chicago during the late 1990s, Vincent honed his culinary skills. It was there he discovered the art of fine dining, a craft he has passionately mastered.

Today, Vincent thrives as a freelance chef and restaurant consultant.
