Hello! I am a self-taught private chef based on the Westside of Los Angeles, offering fully custom multi-course dinners in homes and vacation rentals. I'm a BBQ guy at heart, so my cooking is California led and produce forward, with smoke and char running through everything as genuine flavor.

My food is shaped by years of BBQing, and furthermore traveling through Thailand, Indonesia, Spain, South Korea, and North Africa. I handle everything from menu design to a spotless kitchen, with restaurant-level plating, careful dietary accommodation, and a table your guests remember.
